Job Description

MYSAUST is recruiting an experienced Chief Steward(ess) to join a Motor Yacht operating in Australia and French Polynesia.

The successful candidate will oversee the interior department, manage guest services and supervise interior crew to ensure an exceptional onboard experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all interior department operations
• Supervise and train interior crew members
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and presentation
• Oversee guest service, dining and onboard hospitality
• Manage interior inventories and provisions
• Coordinate with the Captain and other departments

Requirements

• Previous experience as Chief Steward(ess) or in a senior interior position onboard yachts
• Strong knowledge of yacht hospitality and housekeeping standards
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Valid STCW certification
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent seafarer medical certificate
• Valid passport and relevant travel documentation
• Good English communication skills
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities
