Job Description:
A 93m motor cruiser is seeking experienced and motivated Chief Steward/ess crew members to join a team of up to 45 crew. Previous onboard experience is preferred but not essential. Candidates must be Australian citizens/residents or legally eligible to work in Australia and have at least 2 years of hospitality experience.
The role involves providing high-quality guest service, food and beverage service, bar service, housekeeping, and interior detailing. Candidates must be physically capable of carrying three plates. Crew may be required to work across all three vessels. The vessels operate in destinations including the Kimberleys, Whitsunday Islands, Tasmania, Japan, Singapore, Africa, and New Zealand.
The company covers required crew flights from any major Australian home port for joining and departure.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Provide professional food and beverage and guest service onboard.
Assist with bar service and hospitality operations.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and interior detailing.
Prepare and maintain guest areas to luxury vessel standards.
Work flexibly across all three vessels and support the wider interior team.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience
F&B and/or bar experience preferred
Interior detailing / housekeeping experience preferred
Previous onboard experience preferred but not essential
Ability to carry 3 plates
Australian citizenship/residency or legal right to work in Australia
RSA Certificate
First Aid Certificate
CPR Certificate
STCW95 Certificate of Safety Training (CoST) – AMSA endorsed
AMSA Medical Certificate
Passenger Ship Training – Crowd Control and Crisis Management online component and practical completion certificate
Australian Seafarers Service Book (ASSB)
Marine Safety Identification Card (MSIC)
Passport valid for at least 6 months
Yellow Fever vaccination required prior to international voyages
Alternatively, completed Crew Pacific Steward/ess/Deckhand Course
Fully COVID-vaccinated as mandatory

Employment Details:
Start Date: End of July / August / September / October 2026
Employment Type: Permanent Casual
Rotation: 6 weeks on / 6 weeks off
Salary: AUD 64,736 per year
Crew: Up to 45 persons
Itinerary: Kimberleys, Whitsunday Islands, Tasmania, Japan, Singapore, Africa & New Zealand
Travel: Required crew flights from any major Australian home port to join and depart the vessels are covered by the company
