Job Description

Silver Crews is seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to lead the interior department aboard a 120m luxury yacht.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury yacht hospitality, interior management, and team leadership. The Chief Stewardess will oversee interior operations and ensure that guest accommodation, housekeeping, and service meet the highest standards expected aboard a large luxury yacht.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the interior department.
• Coordinate housekeeping, laundry, service, and guest-related duties.
• Develop work schedules and allocate responsibilities among interior crew.
• Train and guide team members to maintain consistent service standards.
• Oversee guest cabins, public areas, and interior presentation.
• Monitor interior inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Coordinate with the Head Chef, deck department, and yacht management.
• Ensure compliance with onboard hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when working with owners and guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chief Stewardess or in a senior interior management role.
• Luxury yacht experience appropriate to the size and standards of the vessel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of luxury housekeeping and guest-service standards.
• Ability to manage a large interior team.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Professional attitude, discretion, and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Availability for the advertised 2:2 rotation.
