Job Description

Inspired Crew is seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join an established 100m+ private motor yacht programme.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a yacht with great owners and a strong, long-standing crew. Operating on a busy dual-season schedule, the yacht requires a hands-on Chief Stewardess who can confidently lead the interior department while actively participating in daily operations.

The ideal candidate will be an approachable and experienced leader with excellent organisational and communication skills, high service standards, and a people-focused approach to crew management. The successful candidate must be calm under pressure, lead by example, and work confidently alongside the team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coordinate the interior department.
• Oversee daily interior operations, including guest service, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Maintain consistently high standards of luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Prepare work schedules, delegate duties, and supervise interior team performance.
• Train, support, and motivate team members while fostering a positive working environment.
• Manage interior administration, inventory, provisioning, and logistics.
• Coordinate guest operations and special requests with the deck and galley departments.
• Work hands-on alongside the team during busy guest and operational periods.
• Ensure compliance with onboard hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.
• Maintain discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality when dealing with owners and guests.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Chief Stewardess on yachts measuring 80m or larger – mandatory.
• Strong interior management experience on large luxury yachts.
• Proven leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of luxury service and housekeeping standards.
• Experience with interior administration, logistics, and guest operations.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example and remain calm under pressure.
• Hands-on approach to daily interior operations.
• Positive, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Valid B1/B2 visa – essential.
• Availability to start in late November 2026.
• Ability to commit to a permanent 2:2 rotation.
