Split Ship Management Ltd. is currently seeking experienced yacht crew for the upcoming Mediterranean season. These are seasonal yacht contracts offering competitive conditions for motivated professionals with a strong team mindset. The roles are onboard managed yachts operating throughout the Mediterranean.

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing position-specific duties onboard luxury yachts
• Maintaining high standards of service, safety, and cleanliness
• Supporting daily yacht operations and guest services
• Working effectively within a multicultural yacht crew

• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous yacht experience (preferred)
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
