Job Description
A leading yacht recruitment company is currently seeking an experienced Chief Steward to join a Motor Yacht operating worldwide.
The successful candidate will manage the interior department, supervise steward(ess) personnel, oversee luxury guest services, housekeeping, dining service, inventory management, and ensure the highest standards of hospitality onboard.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced Chief Stewards with previous Motor Yacht experience and exceptional leadership skills.
Job Responsibilities
Manage all interior operations onboard
Supervise steward(ess) and housekeeping personnel
Coordinate luxury guest service and hospitality
Oversee housekeeping, laundry, and dining service
Manage inventories, purchasing, and interior supplies
Train and mentor interior crew members
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
Maintain compliance with company procedures and luxury service standards
Requirements
Valid STCW certification package
Previous Motor Yacht experience as Chief Steward
Valid passport and medical certificate
Excellent English communication skills
Strong leadership and organizational abilities
Exceptional hospitality and guest service skills
Professional appearance and attention to detail
Physically and medically fit for sea service
