Job Description:
We are recruiting a Specialty Restaurant Server to provide professional dining service onboard a cruise or passenger vessel. The successful candidate will work in a guest-facing environment and be responsible for maintaining high service standards while following company safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Providing professional and attentive service to restaurant guests
• Taking and serving food and beverage orders according to company standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant area
• Assisting the restaurant team with daily operations
• Ensuring excellent customer service and guest satisfaction

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates, where applicable
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous cruise or passenger-vessel experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of relevant restaurant/service experience
• Pleasant personality and customer-service-oriented attitude
