A cruise ship operator is seeking an experienced Specialty Restaurant Server to deliver high-quality dining service in the vessel’s specialty restaurants. The successful candidate will provide attentive guest service while maintaining professional dining standards.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Welcoming guests and assisting with seating and menu presentation.
• Taking orders and serving food and beverages accurately.
• Explaining menu items and responding to guest questions.
• Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
• Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and complying with hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant restaurant service experience.
• Previous cruise or passenger vessel experience preferred.
• Valid STCW certificates, where required.
• Valid medical fitness certificate, where applicable.
• Good English communication skills.
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills.
