A luxury yacht management company is currently seeking an experienced Lead Service professional for deployment onboard a 95m+ private yacht operating worldwide. This role is ideal for candidates with strong luxury hospitality experience and proven leadership skills. The successful candidate will oversee service operations, coordinate guest experiences, and ensure the highest standards of onboard hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervising daily service operations onboard
• Delivering exceptional guest hospitality and luxury service
• Coordinating guest dining experiences, events, and activities
• Supporting and mentoring service team members
• Ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction at all times

• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous experience onboard 80m+ yachts required
• Strong luxury hospitality and guest service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent teamwork and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a luxury yacht environment
