A luxury yacht management company is currently seeking an experienced Interior Manager for deployment onboard a 95m+ private yacht operating worldwide. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with extensive experience onboard large private yachts and a strong luxury hospitality background. The successful candidate will oversee all interior operations, manage the interior team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain the highest standards of service and presentation onboard.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Managing and supervising all interior departments onboard

• Ensuring exceptional guest hospitality and luxury service standards

• Overseeing housekeeping, service operations, and inventory management

• Coordinating interior crew schedules, training, and performance

• Maintaining professionalism, discretion, and operational efficiency

• Valid STCW certificates

• Medical fitness certificate

• Proficiency in English communication

• Previous experience onboard 80m+ yachts required

• Strong leadership and luxury hospitality experience

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Excellent teamwork and organizational abilities

• Ability to work effectively in a luxury yacht environment
