Job Description:
The Catering Boy will assist the catering department in maintaining hygiene, serving meals, and supporting kitchen operations onboard oil and chemical tankers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in meal preparation and service
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas
• Support catering staff in daily operations
• Follow hygiene and safety standards
• Report supplies or operational issues to catering supervisor
Requirements:
• Basic certification or experience in catering on vessels preferred
• Medical fitness certificate
• Good work ethic and attention to safety
• English communication skills
