A luxury cruise/yacht operation is seeking an experienced Beverage Manager to oversee beverage operations and ensure exceptional guest service.

• Manage daily beverage operations
• Supervise beverage service and team performance
• Maintain beverage quality, stock, and presentation standards
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and company procedures
• Deliver exceptional guest service

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates and seafarer documents
• Medical fitness certificate (STCW compliant)
• Relevant beverage management experience in luxury hospitality or yachting preferred
• Strong English communication skills
• Leadership, teamwork, and service-oriented attitude
