A luxury yacht management company is currently seeking an experienced Lead Housekeeping professional for deployment onboard a 95m+ private yacht operating worldwide. The successful candidate will lead the housekeeping team, maintain impeccable interior standards, and ensure all guest and crew areas are presented to the highest luxury yacht standards.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Supervising housekeeping operations onboard

• Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards

• Coordinating housekeeping schedules and daily tasks

• Managing housekeeping inventories and supplies

• Supporting guest satisfaction through outstanding interior standards

• Valid STCW certificates

• Medical fitness certificate

• Proficiency in English communication

• Previous experience onboard 80m+ yachts required

• Strong luxury hospitality and housekeeping skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Excellent teamwork and organizational abilities

• Ability to work effectively in a luxury yacht environment
