Job Description

Silver Crews is seeking an experienced Head of Service to join a 100m luxury yacht. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end hospitality and luxury yacht service, with the ability to lead a professional service team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will oversee onboard food and beverage service, coordinate guest dining arrangements, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the yacht's service team.
• Oversee formal dining, food and beverage service, and guest hospitality.
• Maintain exceptional service standards for owners and guests.
• Train team members and support their professional development.
• Coordinate with the Chief Stewardess, Head Chef, and other departments.
• Manage service preparation, table settings, and special events.
• Ensure compliance with onboard hygiene, safety, and service procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a senior service role.
• Previous luxury yacht or high-end hospitality experience.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and guest-service orientation.
• Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism in a luxury environment.
• Availability for the advertised 2:2 rotation.
