A leading yacht recruitment company is currently seeking an experienced Head of Housekeeping to join a Motor Yacht operating worldwide.
The successful candidate will oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring guest accommodations and public areas are maintained to luxury hospitality standards while supervising housekeeping staff and delivering exceptional guest service.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced housekeeping professionals with previous Motor Yacht or luxury hospitality experience.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise all housekeeping operations onboard
Maintain guest cabins and public areas to luxury standards
Coordinate housekeeping schedules and daily assignments
Manage housekeeping inventories and supplies
Ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards
Train and supervise housekeeping personnel
Deliver exceptional guest service and attention to detail
Maintain housekeeping records and inventory reports
Requirements
Valid STCW certification package
Previous Motor Yacht or luxury hospitality experience
Valid passport and medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong leadership and organizational abilities
Excellent housekeeping and hospitality knowledge
Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude
Physically and medically fit for sea service
