Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced and professional yacht crew members to join a Private / Charter Motor Yacht operating worldwide. Successful candidates will be responsible for safe navigation and deck operations, high-standard hospitality and guest services, culinary duties, and maintaining the professional standards expected on board luxury yachts.

This opportunity is ideal for motivated yachting professionals with prior yacht experience, strong work ethic, and a service-oriented mindset.

Essential Qualifications

• Entry-level qualifications or equivalent certification relevant to the applied position
• Valid STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certification
• Valid ENG 1 Medical Certificate

Visa Requirements

• Valid B1/B2 Visa
• Schengen Visa, Visa-Free Exemption, or EU Residency

• Previous experience on Private or Charter Motor Yachts preferred
