Job Description:
We are currently recruiting an experienced Head of Housekeeping for Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
The Head of Housekeeping will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, laundry, housekeeping and interior presentation onboard a luxury Motor Yacht.
Previous senior housekeeping experience on luxury yachts or within high-end hospitality is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervise housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and interior presentation.
• Organize housekeeping schedules and departmental tasks.
• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping crew where applicable.
• Follow hygiene, safety and yacht housekeeping procedures.

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates, where applicable
• Valid professional qualifications applicable to the position
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate
• Valid passport and seafarer's documents
• Good command of English
• Previous senior housekeeping experience on luxury yachts or high-end hospitality
• Strong organizational and team-management skills
• Excellent knowledge of laundry and housekeeping operations
