Job Description:
A leading international cruise line is hiring experienced hospitality and culinary professionals for onboard positions. In-person interviews will be conducted in Delhi by invitation only.
The company is currently recruiting for the following positions:
- Chef de Cuisine
- Sous Chef
- Chef de Partie
- Assistant Chef de Partie
- Galley Utility / Kitchen Steward
- Stateroom Stewardess (Female)
Candidates with experience in 5-star hotels are encouraged to apply. Previous cruise line experience is preferred for all positions.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Deliver high-quality service while maintaining company standards.
- Perform assigned duties efficiently and safely in a multicultural onboard environment.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with department teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide excellent guest service and contribute to a positive passenger experience.
Requirements:
- Valid STCW certificates (where applicable)
- Medical fitness certificate
- Proficiency in English communication
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same role
- Experience in a 5-star hotel
- Previous cruise line experience preferred
- Stateroom Stewardess position is open to female candidates
