Job Description:
DOF Management is inviting expressions of interest from qualified and experienced Catering Personnel to join its fleet of modern Offshore Support Vessels (OSVs) operating in the North Sea and worldwide. The company is recruiting professionals for future offshore assignments with stable rotation schedules onboard advanced offshore vessels.

- Chief Steward
- Steward / Stewardess
- Messman
- Galley Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the offshore crew.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the galley and accommodation areas.
- Manage food supplies, inventory, and stock control.
- Clean and maintain cabins, mess rooms, offices, and sanitary facilities.
- Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and catering operations.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures and international food safety regulations.
- Support the welfare and comfort of the crew onboard.
Requirements:
- Valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate.
- Valid STCW Security Duties certificate.
- Valid Seafarer's Medical Certificate.
- Valid Passport.
- Previous offshore experience in the applied catering position is preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural offshore environment.
