Augustea Intercrew Indonesia is currently seeking qualified and experienced offshore hospitality and catering professionals to join an offshore project in Abu Dhabi.
The successful candidates will support offshore catering, accommodation, housekeeping, laundry, and food service operations while maintaining high standards of hospitality, hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety.
This opportunity is suitable for experienced offshore catering professionals who are safety-conscious, reliable, and accustomed to working in demanding offshore environments and large-POB operations.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform catering and hospitality duties according to assigned position and company procedures
- Prepare and serve meals while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards in accommodation and common areas
- Handle laundry, room service, utility, and general steward duties as assigned
- Follow offshore HSE, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
- Support smooth catering operations for large-POB offshore projects
- Maintain a professional, cooperative, and service-oriented working environment
Requirements
General Requirements
- Valid National CDC / Seaman Book
- Minimum 3–5 years of offshore experience
- Previous offshore catering or hospitality experience required
- Valid NCI-II & III / Ship Cook / Steward / Messman Certificate, as applicable to the position
- Strong knowledge of hospitality, catering, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Experience working in demanding offshore environments
- Experience supporting large-POB operations is preferred
- Active, reliable, and high-performing crew members
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong safety awareness and professional attitude
Position-Specific Requirements
Campboss
- Proven offshore catering and camp management experience
- Experience managing catering and hospitality operations for large POBs preferred
Intercontinental Cook / Senior Cook
- Proven experience as an Intercontinental Cook or Senior Cook
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine and food preparation
- Valid Ship Cook certification as applicable
Baker & Pastry Chef
- Previous experience in bakery and pastry production
- Ability to prepare a variety of breads, pastries, desserts, and baked products
- Offshore catering experience preferred
Assistant Cook / Chapati Maker / Butcher
- Relevant experience in food preparation, butchery, or chapati production
- Ability to support the main kitchen team efficiently
- Valid catering certification as applicable
General Steward – Multi-Talent Room Boy / Waiter / Utility
- Previous offshore steward, waiter, room boy, or utility experience
- Ability to perform multiple hospitality and housekeeping duties
- Strong cleanliness and service standards
Laundry Man cum General Steward
- Previous laundry and steward experience preferred
- Ability to handle laundry operations and general housekeeping duties
- Flexible approach to supporting offshore hospitality operations
