Job Description
Select Offshore is expanding its offshore catering crew database in preparation for several upcoming offshore projects.
The company is inviting applications from experienced catering and hospitality professionals to join offshore teams. Candidates should have relevant experience in offshore catering, food preparation, galley operations, camp management, or housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Preparing and serving meals in accordance with onboard catering requirements.
- Managing daily galley and kitchen operations.
- Supervising catering personnel and coordinating food preparation activities.
- Monitoring food supplies, stock levels, and storage conditions.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in kitchens, mess rooms, and accommodation areas.
- Providing housekeeping and hospitality services to offshore personnel.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HSE procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the applied catering or hospitality position.
- Offshore catering or offshore hospitality experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
- Relevant offshore visas or work permits are an advantage.
- Candidates holding any of the following documents should highlight them in their application:
- B1 Visa
- OCS
- Wind Activities Visa
- UK Frontier Worker Permit (FWP)
