Magsaysay is recruiting Filipino hospitality crew for employment onboard international cruise vessels.
The recruitment is open for multiple Food & Beverage, Culinary, Housekeeping, and Guest Services positions. Available positions include:
Candidates should have relevant experience in the cruise, hotel, or hospitality industry, good communication skills, and the required documentation for international cruise employment. Applicants must be prepared to work onboard an international cruise vessel and meet the employer's medical, documentary, and professional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and assigned position, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing assigned culinary, bakery, pastry, food & beverage, housekeeping, or guest-service duties onboard
• Providing professional and efficient service to passengers and maintaining high hospitality standards
• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in assigned working areas
• Following company procedures, vessel regulations, and international maritime safety requirements
• Working effectively as part of an international multicultural crew

Requirements:
• Valid passport and seafarer's documentation as applicable
• Relevant STCW / maritime certificates and medical fitness certificate
• Relevant experience in the applied position, preferably in the cruise, hotel, or hospitality industry
• Good English communication skills
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work onboard an international cruise vessel
• Filipino nationality
• For most positions, relevant work experience is required; the employer's advertisements indicate preference for candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience, depending on the position
