JR Marine Manpower Consultancy is recruiting qualified and experienced Catering / Hospitality Staff for an onshore project in Qatar.

The vacancy is open for candidates with relevant catering and food-service experience. Only Muslim candidates can apply.

•  Sr. CDP – Arabic Cuisines & Continental 
•  Cook 
•  CDP – Continental Cuisines 
•  Assistant Cook 
•  Chief Butcher / CDP 
•  Assistant Butcher 
•  Salad Man 

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:

•  Preparing and cooking food according to established standards. 
•  Maintaining food quality, hygiene and presentation. 
•  Following HACCP, food safety and workplace safety procedures. 
•  Maintaining cleanliness of kitchens and food preparation areas. 
•  Managing ingredients, equipment and assigned kitchen duties. 

Requirements:

•  Relevant experience in catering / hospitality. 
•  Experience in the applied position. 
•  Valid passport and required employment documents. 
•  Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures. 
•  Ability to work in a multicultural team.
