Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Ship Cook Assistant to join an Oil Tanker Vessel trading in the UAE, Oman, and Yemen. The successful candidate will assist with daily galley operations, food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining proper hygiene standards onboard. Previous Oil Tanker experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Assist the Ship Cook with daily meal preparation and galley operations.
- Prepare ingredients and support cooking activities as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley and food preparation areas.
- Assist with food stores and proper handling of provisions.
- Follow onboard safety, sanitation, and food hygiene procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid STCW Certificates and Seafarer Documents.
- Good English communication skills.
- Relevant rank experience.
- Previous Oil Tanker experience is required.
- Ready for immediate joining.
- Ability to work effectively as part of the vessel's catering team.
