Job Description:
Worldwide Recruitment Solutions is looking for an experienced Night Cook to join a WTIV (Wind Turbine Installation Vessel) operating in UK waters.
The position offers a 5 weeks on / 5 weeks off rotation, with joining scheduled for 04 August 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals during night operations while maintaining high standards of food hygiene, safety, and catering service onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Prepare and serve high-quality meals during the night shift.
Maintain strict food hygiene, sanitation, and food-safety standards.
Ensure the galley and catering equipment are clean and safely maintained.
Manage food preparation and storage in accordance with vessel procedures.
Support the catering team and provide professional service to crew members.
Requirements:
Valid CoC (Certificate of Competency).
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
Valid STCW certificates.
GWO Working at Heights (WAH).
GWO Manual Handling (MH).
Valid Chester Step Test.
Valid BOSIET.
Valid Medical Certificate.
Valid Seaman's Book.
UK Work Permit / Right to Work in the UK.
Previous experience as a Cook, preferably in offshore or marine catering.
Good English communication skills.
