Job Description:
Select Offshore is currently recruiting an experienced Night Cook to join an offshore project operating in the USA. The position is offered on a 4–6 week contract, with joining scheduled for 25 August 2026. Previous offshore experience would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company and project requirements, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Preparing and serving meals during night shifts
• Managing food preparation and galley operations
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
• Monitoring food supplies and proper storage
• Following offshore catering, safety, and hygiene procedures
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Night Cook
• Previous offshore experience is an advantage
• Valid UK Work Permit
• Valid HUET + CA-EBS
• Valid GWO Working at Heights certification
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Good English communication skills
• Availability to join on 25 August 2026
