Job Description

BSM is seeking an experienced Night Cook to prepare and serve meals during night shifts for offshore personnel. The candidate must be able to maintain food quality, kitchen cleanliness, and safe food-handling practices while working independently during assigned hours.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Prepare meals and snacks according to the night-shift schedule.
• Ensure food is stored, handled, and served safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the galley.
• Monitor food supplies and report shortages.
• Follow company procedures for food safety and offshore operations.

Requirements

• Previous offshore experience is mandatory.
• Relevant cooking experience, preferably in offshore or remote-site catering.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and safe food storage.
• Ability to work night shifts and independently when required.
• Valid STCW certificates, medical certificate, and other required seafarer documents, where applicable.
• A valid Schengen visa is an advantage.
