Job Description:
WRS – Worldwide Recruitment Solutions is currently recruiting an experienced Night Cook to join a Jack-Up Windfarm Installation Vessel operating in the United Kingdom. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the offshore renewable energy sector on a rotational schedule.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals during night shifts while maintaining excellent hygiene standards and supporting the galley team in daily catering operations.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Prepare and serve meals for crew during night shifts.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and galley sanitation.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food supplies.
Assist with inventory management and stock control.
Comply with company HSE policies, food safety regulations, and offshore catering standards.
Support emergency response procedures and participate in onboard safety drills.
Requirements:
UK Right to Work (mandatory).
Valid Cook Certificate of Competency (CoC).
Valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificates.
Valid Food Hygiene Certificate.
Valid Passport.
Valid Seaman's Book.
Valid Offshore Medical Certificate.
Chester Step Test certificate.
GWO Working at Heights (WAH).
GWO Manual Handling (MH).
HUET certificate.
CA-EBS certificate.
Good English communication skills.
Previous offshore catering experience is preferred.
