Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Night Cook to join a Jack-Up unit operating in the United Kingdom sector. This offshore role involves working 5-week rotations, starting on 11th May.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals during night shifts, ensuring compliance with offshore catering standards, hygiene regulations, and company policies. Experience working in offshore environments is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to: • Preparing and serving meals for night shift personnel
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Managing food stock and storage in accordance with regulations
• Cleaning and maintaining galley equipment and work areas
• Supporting catering operations as required
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• UK Frontier Worker Permit (FWP)
• GWO Working at Height (WAH)
• HUET with CA EBS
• Chester Step Test certificate
• Ship’s Cook Certificate of Competency (CoC)
• Previous offshore experience in similar role
