Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Night Cook to join a Cable Lay Vessel for an offshore project in the Netherlands.
The Night Cook will be responsible for preparing night meals and maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety onboard.
Key Responsibilities
• Preparing meals for night shift crew
• Maintaining galley hygiene and sanitation standards
• Managing food storage and stock rotation
• Supporting overall catering operations onboard
• Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
Requirements
• Previous experience as Cook/Night Cook onboard offshore vessels
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid Seaman’s Book and Passport
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Food hygiene certification preferred
• Good English communication skills
