Job Description:
Ogenus Offshore is currently recruiting an experienced Night Cook to join an Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) Vessel for a short-term offshore assignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving meals during night shifts, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, and supporting the vessel's catering operations. Previous offshore catering experience is preferred.
The assignment is scheduled to commence on 14 July 2026 and will last for approximately one week.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Prepare and serve meals for the night shift crew in accordance with company catering standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley and food storage areas.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and offshore catering procedures.
Monitor food supplies and assist with inventory management.
Support the catering department in delivering high-quality meal services onboard.
Requirements:
Valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificates.
Medical fitness certificate.
Proficiency in English communication.
Valid Ship's Cook Certificate of Competency (CoC).
Valid Food Hygiene / Food Safety Certificate.
Valid Passport.
Previous offshore catering experience is preferred.
