Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Night Cook / Baker for an offshore Jack-Up Vessel operating in the United Kingdom. This position offers a stable 5 weeks on / 5 weeks off rotation and is ideal for catering professionals with offshore experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals, baking fresh products during night shifts, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene onboard.
The planned joining date is 5 August 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Prepare and serve nutritious meals and baked goods during night shifts.
Ensure the galley remains clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene regulations.
Manage food storage, stock rotation, and inventory control.
Follow company HSE procedures and offshore catering standards.
Support catering operations and maintain excellent food quality for the crew.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates.
Medical fitness certificate.
Proficiency in English communication.
UK work eligibility is mandatory.
Valid BOSIET or HUET certificate.
Valid GWO Working at Heights certificate.
Valid Chester Step Test.
Previous offshore catering experience, preferably on Jack-Up or offshore vessels.
