Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Night Cook / 2nd Cook to join a Multipurpose Offshore Vessel operating in German waters and sailing under the Dutch flag. The position is offered on a 6 weeks on / 6 weeks off rotation with an ASAP joining date.
As a 2nd Cook, you will work closely with the Chief Cook, assisting with the preparation of meals and supporting daily galley operations. You will ensure that the kitchen and pantry are well organised and kept clean at all times.
For this role, starters are also welcome, as you will be working alongside an experienced Chief Cook who will provide guidance and support. The vessel operates with a multinational crew, offering a professional and inclusive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to: • Assisting the Chief Cook with meal preparation and night catering duties
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and pantry
• Supporting galley operations in compliance with hygiene and safety standards
• Working effectively within a multicultural offshore crew
Requirements:
• Valid HACCP Certificate
• All STCW certificates and trainings up to date
• Good level of English communication
