Job Description:
GreenTec Recruitment is looking for an experienced Cook to join an CTV in Germany in September. The role is initially offered as a one-off rotation, with the potential to lead to long-term work.
Previous experience working on smaller vessels is preferred, along with experience managing catering budgets, ordering provisions and managing food stores.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve meals for the vessel crew
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and galley cleanliness
• Manage food stores and ensure adequate provisions are available
• Order food supplies and manage catering budgets
• Follow all vessel catering, safety and hygiene procedures
Requirements:
• All STCW certificates must be valid and in date
• Minimum Food Hygiene Level 2
• Previous experience working on smaller vessels preferred
• Experience managing budgets and food stores
• Experience with food ordering and catering management
• Good English communication skills
