Job Description:
DOF Management is inviting expressions of interest from experienced Cooks and Stewards to join its fleet of modern Offshore Support Vessels (OSVs) operating in the North Sea and worldwide. This recruitment campaign is intended to build a pool of qualified catering personnel for upcoming offshore assignments with stable rotation schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
Cook
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the offshore crew.
- Plan menus and manage food inventory and supplies.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in accordance with HACCP requirements.
- Keep the galley and food storage areas clean and organized.
- Ensure efficient catering services throughout the voyage.
Steward / Stewardess
- Clean and maintain accommodation, cabins, mess rooms, offices, and sanitary areas.
- Assist with meal preparation, serving, and galley support.
- Manage laundry and housekeeping duties onboard.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the accommodation.
- Support the catering team in providing a comfortable living environment for the crew.
Requirements:
- Valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate.
- Valid STCW Security Duties certificate.
- Valid Seafarer's Medical Certificate.
- Valid Passport.
- Previous offshore experience as a Cook or Steward/Stewardess is preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural offshore environment.
