Job Description:
We are currently seeking a qualified Cook to join our team aboard an Offshore Support Vessel (OSV) with DP2 capabilities. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of service and safety on board. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook meals for crew members following dietary requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley and dining areas.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist in menu planning and food preparation for special occasions.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
• Ship’s Cook License
• Minimum of 12 months of experience as a Cook on similar types of vessels, with actual onboard experience.
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Valid UK Work Permit (for EU Nationals) or Ukrainian status under UK protection
• Proficiency in English communication
Employment Details:
• Vessel Type: OSV DP2
• Wages: 200 EUR per day
• Contract Duration: 4 weeks
