Location: United Kingdom (Offshore)
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Cook with a valid UK Work Permit to join a modern hybrid survey vessel operating in United Kingdom waters. The vessel was built in 2020, sails under the Dutch flag, and offers excellent living and working conditions on board.
As the Cook, you will be responsible for preparing three meals per day for approximately 18 crew members. The vessel has accommodation for up to 21 persons, with each cabin equipped with a private toilet and shower, as well as individually controlled air conditioning. Onboard facilities include a gym, Wi-Fi, satellite TV system, multiple TVs, and a game console, providing a comfortable working environment.
The position is offered on a 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off rotation with an ASAP joining date.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to: • Preparing three daily meals for the vessel’s crew
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and galley organisation
• Managing food supplies and supporting inventory control
• Ensuring compliance with company and maritime catering standards
Requirements:
• Chief Cook Certificate
• All STCW certificates and trainings up to date
• Valid UK Work Permit
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude
