Job Description:
is seeking qualified European seafarers to join vessels operating under the Italian flag. Immediate positions are available on RoRo & Ropax vessels with competitive monthly salaries and structured contract rotations. Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing watchkeeping, maintenance, and operational tasks relevant to the assigned rank
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and company procedures
• Supporting cargo operations, vessel stability, and passenger safety (if applicable)
• Assisting in technical, deck, or hospitality operations as per role
• Maintaining clear communication with the crew and officers

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• European nationality preferred
• Candidates with an Italian Fiscal Code are encouraged to apply
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position or on RoRo/Ropax vessels (depending on rank)

Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: Standard 4 months onboard, or 3 months on / 1.5 months off rotation (back-to-back)
• Salary: As listed per position, paid monthly in EUR
