Cook for Reaserch Vessel (Qatar)

Job Description:
Seaworks Company is recruiting an experienced Cook to join a research vessel operating in Qatar. The Cook will be responsible for preparing meals for the crew while maintaining high standards of food hygiene and galley cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Prepare daily meals for the vessel's crew.
• Prepare both Continental and Arabic cuisine.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and galley cleanliness.
• Manage food preparation and storage.
• Monitor provisions and minimize food waste.

Requirements:

• Relevant professional cooking experience.
• Experience with Continental and Arabic cuisine is required.
• Valid STCW certificates, where applicable.
• Valid seafarer medical fitness certificate.
• Relevant maritime/galley experience.
• Good English communication skills.
