Job Description

PT BCP is seeking an experienced Cook to join a PSV operating in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals for the crew and maintaining high standards of galley hygiene and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals for officers and crew
• Plan menus and manage food provisions
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley
• Ensure proper food storage and handling
• Monitor food stocks and report replenishment requirements
• Follow onboard food safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 2–8 years of experience as Cook onboard PSV vessels
• Relevant catering qualifications and certificates
• Valid STCW certification package
• Foreign-going vessel experience
• Experience working with multinational crews
• Good English communication skills
• Valid passport, seaman's book, and medical certificate
