Job Description:
Anglo-Eastern Offshore is currently hiring a Cook to join a Pipe-lay Vessel operating in US waters. This is a temporary trip contract supporting offshore pipe-laying operations, with a strong focus on crew welfare and catering standards onboard. The assignment runs from 28 January 2026 to 4 March 2026, and candidates must hold a valid B1/OCS US Visa to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Prepare and serve meals for crew onboard according to menu plans
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and galley cleanliness
• Manage food storage, stock control, and provisions
• Ensure compliance with company and offshore catering standards

Requirements:
• Valid Certificate of Competency (COC)
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Marlins Test
• Food Hygiene Certificate
• Valid B1 / OCS US Visa
• Proficiency in English communication
