Overview:
The Cook is responsible for meal preparation, galley management, and food hygiene standards onboard. Ensures high-quality meals and a clean, organized galley for the crew.
Duties:
Prepare and serve daily meals for crew
Manage galley stock and ordering of supplies
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Plan balanced menus for extended voyages
Comply with all offshore safety procedures
Requirements:
Valid STCW and medical certificates
Fluent in English
Valid U.S. visa
Previous offshore or vessel catering experience preferred
Employment Conditions:
