Cook for Offshore Vessel (Indonesia)

Location: Kota Baru, South Kalimantan, Indonesia

Job Description:
PT. Maritime Manning Nusantara is recruiting an experienced Cook for offshore vessel operations in Kota Baru, South Kalimantan. The candidate will be responsible for food preparation, galley operations and maintaining hygiene standards onboard.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Prepare meals for onboard personnel
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley
• Manage food preparation and storage
• Follow food safety and occupational health procedures
• Maintain galley equipment and working areas in proper condition

Requirements:

• BST Certificate
• Food Handling Certificate
• Valid Garuda Medical Check-Up (MCU)
• Relevant supporting certificates and employment documents
• Relevant professional experience preferred
• Ability to join at short notice

Employment Details:
Contract Duration: Not specified
Salary: IDR 6,000,000/month gross
