Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the vessel's crew in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and galley cleanliness.
- Manage food storage, stock control, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company catering procedures.
- Support a clean, safe, and efficient galley environment throughout the contract.

- Valid STCW certificates
