Cook for Offshore Vessel

Job Description:
DP Ship is looking for an experienced Offshore Cook to manage onboard catering operations. The candidate should be experienced in preparing Indian and international cuisine and able to independently manage the vessel’s catering requirements.

Position: Offshore Cook

Key Responsibilities:
As per company and vessel requirements, duties may include but are not limited to:

• Planning and preparing weekly menus
• Preparing Indian and international cuisine
• Managing onboard victualling and provisions
• Maintaining catering and food-preparation areas
• Independently managing daily onboard catering operations

Requirements:

• Experience with Indian and international cuisines
• Ability to plan and prepare weekly menus
• Knowledge of victualling and onboard provision management
• Good catering, culinary, or food-preparation experience/course preferred
• Relevant offshore/AHTS vessel experience preferred
• Ability to independently manage onboard catering
