A reputable European shipping company is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Cook to join a Belgian-flag vessel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals for officers and crew, managing galley operations, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting crew welfare through high-quality catering services onboard.

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve daily meals for officers and crew
- Plan menus and manage food inventories
- Maintain galley cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Monitor food storage and provision management
- Maintain catering records and stock levels
- Support crew welfare through quality meal preparation
Requirements
General Requirements
- European Union nationality
- Valid seafarer documentation
- Valid passport and medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong hygiene and food safety awareness
- Ability to work independently onboard
Professional Requirements
- Previous experience as Ship's Cook required
- Experience preparing meals for multinational crews preferred
- Knowledge of maritime catering operations
- Ability to manage galley provisions efficiently
