Job Description:
A marine company is seeking an experienced Cook to join LCT and Crew Boat operations in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals for onboard personnel, maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety, and supporting the catering requirements of a multinational crew.
The ideal candidate should have previous UAE maritime experience and be comfortable working in a multicultural offshore environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Prepare daily meals according to crew requirements and company standards.
Maintain food hygiene, cleanliness, and safe galley operations.
Manage food supplies, stock levels, and provisions onboard.
Ensure compliance with onboard catering and safety procedures.
Provide catering support for multinational crew members.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates (where applicable)
Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
Valid Certificate of Competency (COC)
Proficiency in English communication
Previous UAE maritime/offshore experience required
Experience working with multinational crew
Previous experience as Cook onboard LCT, Crew Boat, or offshore vessels preferred
