Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Cook to join a Heavy Lift Vessel operating in France. This short-term assignment is scheduled to commence next week and will last approximately four weeks. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing nutritious meals for crew members onboard, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and ensuring efficient galley operations throughout the project.

• Preparing and serving meals for vessel personnel in accordance with dietary and operational requirements
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the galley and food storage areas
• Managing food inventory and assisting with stock control procedures
• Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
• Supporting a positive living environment by providing quality catering services onboard

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Valid Cook Certificate of Competency (COC)
• Valid Passport
• Valid Seaman’s Book
• Valid BOSIET or FOET certificate
• Valid CA-EBS certificate
• Previous offshore or vessel catering experience preferred
