Job Description:
Fair Shipping Corporation is recruiting a qualified Cook for its General Cargo Vessel fleet. Preference will be given to candidates with previous Bangladesh trading experience. The Cook will prepare meals for the crew while maintaining excellent galley hygiene and efficient food management.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Prepare and serve balanced daily meals for the crew.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the galley and food storage areas.
Manage food inventory and provisioning.
Ensure compliance with food handling and hygiene standards.
Support efficient galley operations throughout the voyage
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Previous experience as Cook on General Cargo vessels
Experience trading in Bangladesh is preferred
