Job Description:
The Cook prepares meals for the crew, maintains kitchen hygiene, and manages food storage on board.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals according to dietary requirements and schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of galley and food storage areas.
• Manage inventory of provisions and order supplies as needed.
• Assist in meal planning and dietary compliance.
• Support crew welfare and comfort through food services.
Requirements:
• Valid Gas Course and DC certification.
• Medical fitness certificate.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Nationality: Sri Lankan or Bangladeshi.
• Prior experience on gas tankers preferred.
